Cancellation Policy

Parul Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.

This policy governs cancellation of orders placed through https://www.parulpharmaceuticals.in/.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation through the website, where the facility is available, or by contacting customer support.

1.1 Before Dispatch

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to verification of the order status. Customers should submit the cancellation request as early as possible.

A cancellation request will be considered effective once it has been acknowledged or confirmed by the Company.

1.2 After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or otherwise dispatched, cancellation may not be operationally possible.

Customers should contact customer support to determine whether interception, return to origin or another suitable arrangement is available.

The inability to cancel a dispatched order does not remove any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, misdescribed or undelivered products.

1.3 Orders Already Delivered

A delivered order cannot ordinarily be cancelled as though it had not been dispatched. However, the customer may submit an eligible return or refund request under the applicable policy or exercise any rights available under law.

Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

Where a cancellation is accepted after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

The refund will generally be processed through the original payment method. Any applicable statutory deadline will take precedence over the Company’s indicative processing timeline.

Cancellation of Cash-on-Delivery Orders

Customers should cancel cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch wherever possible.

If a customer refuses delivery or does not accept a dispatched order, the Company may record the shipment as refused, undeliverable or returned to origin, as appropriate.

Repeated refusal, suspected fraudulent ordering or misuse of the ordering facility may result in additional verification or reasonable restrictions on future orders, to the extent permitted by law.

No cancellation fee or penalty will be imposed unless it is lawful, transparently disclosed and applicable to the particular transaction.

Cancellation by Parul Pharmaceuticals

The Company may cancel an order, wholly or partly, where reasonably necessary, including in the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable, discontinued or cannot lawfully be supplied.
  • There is a material error in the price, product description or order information.
  • The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside the serviceable area.
  • Payment verification fails or a transaction is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
  • The quantity or nature of the order requires additional verification or is inconsistent with applicable restrictions.
  • The Company cannot fulfil the order because of regulatory, safety, quality-control or legitimate operational requirements.
  • An event beyond the Company’s reasonable control prevents fulfilment.

Where practicable, the customer will be informed of the cancellation and the reason.

If payment has been received for an order cancelled by the Company, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Product Availability and Pricing Errors

Product listings, prices and availability are subject to correction where a genuine error is identified.

If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, the Company may contact the customer to explain the issue and seek confirmation of an appropriate lawful resolution. Where the order cannot be fulfilled, it may be cancelled and any amount due refunded.

This provision does not authorise arbitrary cancellation of confirmed orders or override applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Order Verification and Abuse Prevention

The Company may undertake reasonable checks to verify customer details, payment status, order quantities and delivery information.

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, the Company may pause processing while seeking clarification or cancel the affected order where justified and lawful.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Communication and Grievances

Cancellation confirmations and relevant updates will be sent through the contact details associated with the order, wherever feasible.

Customers may contact the support channels displayed on https://www.parulpharmaceuticals.in/ for assistance or to raise a grievance.

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.
