Return Request Timeline
Customers should report an eligible issue within 2 calendar days of delivery through the customer-support channels provided on our website.
The customer should provide the order number, invoice, product name, batch number where applicable, a description of the issue and photographs or other reasonable supporting evidence where available.
If a complaint cannot reasonably be submitted within this period, the customer should notify us as soon as possible and explain the circumstances. The Company will assess such requests in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the complaint.
The two-day reporting period is an operational request for prompt reporting and shall not restrict any mandatory statutory right or remedy.
Conditions for Return
Subject to the nature of the complaint and applicable law:
- The product should be retained in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
- The invoice, batch number, expiry date and product labels should remain available for verification.
- The product should not have been unnecessarily used, altered, repacked or tampered with.
- The customer should retain the shipping package and relevant evidence until the complaint is resolved.
- The Company may request additional information or arrange collection or inspection before approving a return.
- The product and batch details may be verified against the Company’s order and dispatch records.
Customers must not send products back without receiving return instructions, unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Products and Circumstances
For safety, hygiene, pharmaceutical quality and traceability reasons, change-of-mind returns will generally not be accepted for:
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
- Products no longer required or purchased in an incorrect strength, quantity or variant.
- Products where the customer changes their preference or prescription after placing the order.
- Opened, used, partially consumed or tampered-with products.
- Products requiring special storage or handling where the integrity of the product can no longer be assured.
- Products expressly identified as non-returnable on the relevant product page, where such restriction is lawful.
These restrictions shall not exclude an otherwise legally required remedy for an incorrect, defective, damaged, expired, misdescribed or improperly supplied product.
Return Approval and Inspection
Upon receiving a request, the Company will review the order records, available evidence and reported issue. We may request further information, verify the batch details or inspect the product where reasonably necessary.
If the request is approved, the customer will receive instructions for return, collection, replacement or refund, as applicable.
A return request may be declined where the available evidence does not substantiate the claim or the request falls outside the eligible circumstances, provided that the decision is consistent with applicable law. Where a request is declined, the customer will be informed of the reason, subject to legitimate confidentiality and investigation requirements.
Returned pharmaceutical products will not be placed back into saleable inventory unless permitted by applicable law and the Company’s quality procedures.
Return Shipping Costs
For a verified incorrect, damaged, expired or defective delivery attributable to the Company or its fulfilment arrangements, reasonable return shipping costs will generally be borne by the Company.
For a return permitted solely as a customer convenience, where applicable, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs if this is disclosed in advance and permitted by law.
