Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction at Vadodara, Gujarat, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these policies where such courts are legally competent to adjudicate the matter. The Gujarat High Court shall have jurisdiction only in matters falling within its jurisdiction under applicable law.

The Company shall acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines prescribed by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as amended.

The Company will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly, based on the facts, available evidence and applicable law.
